Selling Gaming Forum with €33/month Adsense | NO RESERVE

I am selling a gaming community/forum: Killzone3Forum.com dedicated to the upcoming game Killzone 3. If you don't know about Killzone, it's one of the biggest and most critically acclaimed shooter-game series out there. Killzone 2 was a massive success, and its fanbase is huge to say the least (Do some keyword research for the game and you'll see).

Killzone 3 will be released in February 2011, so you can use this forum to sell either merchendise or a pre-order package of the game as an affiliate, I know many people on Digital Point who have made tons of money that way. Just put up some Amazon affiliate links and banners, and you're in business.

The searches for Killzone 3 are exploding (Check Google Trends!) so you'll have a great domain to catch these searches.

Traffic
The traffic comes from many sources. I haven't done any SEO on the website yet the domain name (killzone3forum.com) is obviously pulling in traffic from search engines. Take a look at other forums such as BlackOpsForum.com etc, (games in the same niche) and you will see how much attention they get, and how big their userbase is. The traffic for Killzone3Forum.com consists of organic traffic from Google (Around 500+ indexed pages) and Bing, as well as a bunch of referral traffic from other websites, and of course bookmarked/direct traffic as well as traffic generated using both black and whitehat methods.

I don't have GA on this website - Based on Adsense stats the ads get around 100 impressions daily


Revenue
Google Adsense was implemented on December 9, and is netting around €33 monthly ($45). Adsense for this month.

Other
The domain is almost a year old, and has 500+ indexed pages on Google. The reason for selling is partly because my shared host is getting crowded, and I need to focus on bigger projects with larger revenue streams.

The site has no reserve price - it will sell for what the market deems appropriate. However I am hoping to sell for at least 4 months of revenue. You can PM me for a private BIN price.

Thats an extremly high CTR/eCPM...

Forums are under deeper watch by google because the repetitive user behaviors and with such a stats
you should fear about your account.

 

What are you talking about? The forums have approximately 5% CTR.

 

Oh, no offence - it was not a criticism.

Just, by that stats you are around $0.02 for EVERY visitor you got.
Thats pretty fine, just be careful when it comes to forums.
Google can become picky when it comes to forum sites with high revenue
by the reasons i pointed out.

 

$45 is high revenue? That's a first.
