Gaming Forum for sale, going really cheap!

Hi,

I am selling a gaming forum, the site is www.gamingt.com

The site gets about 5 new members a day, and about 50 uniques a day. Everything is included with the forum, even the IPB license. The userbase is mostly friendly, and the members actually like posting and helping the forum grow. So I'll start the bidding at $1. The site makes around $5 a day in adsense, and $200 so far this month in the hostgator affiliate program, anybody can signup for it.

**BIDDING RULES**

The reason for these rules is this is the second auction for this forum, I had three deadbeat bidders last time:

If you bid, you will be held liable for that bid! You will be expected to pay. If the winning bidder does not pay, the second highest bidder will be the winner of the auction. If you fail to pay, a negative iTrader will be left accordingly. You may not leave me negative iTrader just because I left you a negative iTrader for deadbeat bidding. Your bid may be retracted within 1 hour of your bid. If you fail to pay when you have the winning bid you will be reported to the moderators and like stated above I will leave you a negative iTrader. The following users may not bid in this auction: DidierE, RizL4, Peter Avey.

Let me see if I can pull some up, since the site was hosted on an account that has more than one domain on it, I don't know if I can, I'll check though. I'll set a BIN of only $300, since I made $200 with the hostgator affiliate program this month.

Is the 30 second loading time due to your host or your forum code itself?

 

I don't know, it's hosted by hostgator, it may be the ads. I know hostgator is a fast host, but maybe the server is being overloaded atm because it is never this slow. ALSO, I made $200 from hostgator affiliate program this month. If you want I can post stats.

im not slagging the site off as im interested and my make a bid. But i think people should be aware of what could affect the income.

Your adsense stats do not state which site - As you did say you had them on a number of sites?

No, this is the only site with adsense, every other site uses other PPC ad programs.

Please post or PM your traffic stats, specifically with referral stats (organic, direct, external). I'm interested, but something definately doesn't add up here.
