    About:
    PM Me for domain name. It is third in google for it's search term (which is: *games name* forums ). It is the most popular un-official forum for the particular game. Over 1k members. I have spent over $200 on the site's theme and vBulletin license alone, another $100 on paid advertisements and professional seo, and another $100 on plugins (some of which are custom). I've put plenty of hours of work into the site. You can buy with or without the (owned) vBulletin license. If you use the bidding system, assume the license is included :)

    Profit:
    As of yet, there is no profit, as the site is new I didn't want to force advertisements on my users just yet, and I think this is why I am so far ahead of the competition as most other forums for the game have advertising. Someone has already gone out of their way to approach me and offer $30/month to put an advertisement on the forum selling 'license codes' for the game (legally). You can always put adsense in, and I think Amazon Affiliates would make you heaps.

    Why Sell?
    I'm selling because I either want to keep the license, or use the money to buy another vBulletin license for another one of my projects. I also do not have the time to manage it too well as I've bought/started more sites than I can handle :/ I am looking for a quick sale. I am taking offers via PM as well.

    Domain was registered in January w/ GoDaddy. Free push to your account. If you buy I will send you the files and database. If you buy it with the vB License, I will give you the account details.

    No I wouldn't reject you. And we are running the latest version, which is currently 4.1.2 - $300 BIN for the site including the license, $200 without it.

    I am about to strike a deal with my biggest competitor to take over his domain. If I can do this, the site will quadruple in traffic. If I manage to make this deal and I haven't sold the site, then I will reconsider selling. I am now selling the site without the license. If you make a bid, please remember that you WILL NOT receive the license. Licenses can be bought for between $40-$80 second hand.

    You do realise that it is spelt with an S. And I've also given proof to anybody and everybody who has asked for it via PM. I have a negative iTrader by one point, which was due to the other party falsely accusing me of not paying for a site which I stated I no longer wanted to buy after finding out that they falsified their statistics. And I am sure that if you were wanting to buy a popular site such as mine, you'd rather not have word get out that you just bought it via DP as this might cause a little bit of unhappiness amongst board users. People just usually prefer if people didn't know.

    By the way, the site is based on a game called Homefront, which isn't really that good based on reviews (70s average), and therefore the forum won't do well in the long run.

    I'll give you $10 for the domain and database. I'm serious.
