Selling Gaming Blog - RTS Hive (70+ posts)

I am selling my gaming blog, http://rtshive.com .
I have run out of free time to work on it and need the money at this time.

The domain is hosted with Namecheap and expires 1/27/2013.
Hosting is with http://colorhost.co (YES, .co)

This blog has currently 74 posts with 8 in the trash that are TECH RELATED for when the blog used to be tech and gaming. All posts are written by myself and are nowhere but the Internet, so they are ALL yours once you buy the whole website.

It was previously under a different domain, but still the same website, so the whole blog has been going since early December of 2011.

Here are the stats since JANUARY 26, 2012 (the day the domain was registered).

-If you want the PSD for the logo, you can have that as well. EVERYTHING comes with it.
-There is no revenue besides simple 125x125 ads that I found someone to buy them. You could make money easily with Adsense, I just chose not to use it.

When I try and view your site http://rtshive.com it gets redirected to 4rpg.net so which site is getting the traffic?? And why are you redirecting it???
