The real value of the site is all the time and effort I have put into it's SEO work. The site really has been running itself, I literally put in no work what so ever, and the site has been booming. I can only imagine how much it could rack in with a good affiliate offer, or hell even with someone to make a twitter and promote this site could make a fortune. Not only that the domain alone is work $50, easy. It is an EXACT keyword match.
