GameToads - Established Arcade PR3 Unique Design

Before going into any great detail, here is a quick rundown of the site.

For sale is an established PR3 arcade, with over 1200 games installed which has been up and running since the end of June 2006.
It has nearly 200 members who have registered on the site - i think the total as i type this is 189, with about 1 or 2 new registrations on most days.
It usually gets in between about 1,000 and 1,500 game plays on weekdays, slightly less on some weekends.

I've never spent any money on advertising, the sites growth has been down to directory submission by my, word of mouth, friends, and promotion on relevant websites.
I've been getting quite a lot of traffic from people linking to games on their myspace pages, as well as quite a few other sites and search engines.

I think this would make an excellent package for anyone looking to jump into running an arcade site, especially if you have dedicated and more knowledge of me on how to market your site and take advantage of its earning potential.

It has been running adsense, i haven't been making a lot - i might expect between about $0.1 and $2 depending on the day.

This site experienced massive growth in its first few months, but progression has slowed down due to my concentration on other projects and other aspects of life.
I haven't had the time to keep submitting to directories, sharing with friends or advertising in forums and on other websites, or the time to add any new games. Aside from paying the hosting bills, and making sure there are no technical problems the site has been virtually untouched since around October.
As you can see, it is still drawing in traffic and is still appealing to people. If you can put some effort and passion back in i'm sure it will only continue to grow.
