Im using gamescript.net arcade script. So far the support has been terrible. Just look here http://www.gamescript.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=24. You will see all the thread that the admins/support or whatever hasnt responded to. This is just bad, i even paid for support for a year too. The script they use is full of bugs which they hardly fix, they just say it ill be fixed in version 4, I mean they moved from version 3.1 STRAIGHT to 4. Any of you guys have the same experience?

I know what you mean. I purchased this script last month. While I'm generally happy with it, I agree, the support is terrible.

When I first purchased the script I had to wait about 3 days before receiving the license. The attitude I received from the "support" was disgusting, basically they were saying that it's not their problem. It seemed they were only interested in taking my $200 and leaving me with nothing at all. After countless emails and a few forum posts I finally got the site up and running.

Besides the fact that the default template that comes with GS is the ugliest thing ever (and so is v4's template) and that the game descriptions sound like a 6 year old wrote them, it's a pretty good script. It's just not worth the money you're expected to pay.

On the other hand, my most recent script purchase was MSRS from Greg-J and I've never been happier. It is a near-flawless script that is incredibly cheap considering the support you receive (which Greg will go out of his way to help you). Adding to that you have a large and intelligent user base at MySpace Pros that are always willing to help.

Did you read what we said? The support on the forums is minimal so I doubt there'd be any response. The reason why I replied was to make other people aware of their support and hopefully convince them not to buy. You can buy other cheaper scripts that offer 100x better support than GS do.
