games/words script?

Anyone know of a script where
a word or short question needs to
be answered correctly from the multiple
choices given in order to get another question
or word to match?

I Would like the person to just go in match the right answer

Example:
Bananas are:
*a* Coconuts
*b* Fruits
*c* Vegetables

if the person picks the right answer, they get another one
and just accumulate points for each one answered correctly.
