    Will we just take over the account, or will it need to be moved? If it needs to be moved will you assist in moving it? What is total expense to bring in the 40 a month?

    I just want to warn everybody ... check this thread before you will bid/buy:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1661270 - same site, I BIN, I paid and got nothing!

    ... I'm pretty sure that Flegmatic and Unique Blogger is the same person, so don't deal with him, he took my money and run away!

    Few things to check/prove:
    1. The site wasn't sold 2 months ago
    2. All Flegmatics posts are from today
    3. The only rating that Flegmatic got is from Unique Blogger (and the rating leads to thread from 20. Feb - also very strange when he is active only from today)
    4. Flegmatic is from Slovenia ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1718410#post13739880 ) and Unique Blogger too
    5. Moneybookers only (same as before)

    I bought this site from the user "Unique Blogger" in July of 2009. I have no intentions of selling it. I just now found out I forgot his analytics code on the site.
