    Developed to what extent? slapping on a CMS? or making it a ultrakiller success , also, if you got any tips/help on how to do that, ill really love that. i owned tons of forum's and stuff before, and never managed to get any big.
    also, i can't spend zero cash for now, my balance is zero.

    vbulletin... the just the license would cost me low $xxx.
    i have ZERO, i would sell it for 70 bucks if i could now.
