    This xenforo forum is for sale - the xenforo software is NOT included. It's a new site, so there are no stats/income available.

    I started this for my son a few months ago, got some postloop (paid) posters to fill it up a little bit, and he and his friends used it for about a week :)

    You will need to market this to get traffic. I will include the site files and database along with the domain name. You will need a xenforo license to use.

    So a brand new domain name. xenforo licence is not included, there is no traffic, there is no revenue and you selling for $150 what? I have to pay for xenforo licence, i have to pay for marketing without any income. So you basically selling a domain name with a database, that means you paid for someone to post on your website and now you want your money back huh? Good luck with it my friend ;)
