Selling Gamehost Website & Targeted Traffic - Perfect for a Host to Monetise

I've decided to sell my pride and joy which samphost.com.

It's a site that I've been developing and promoting. I've written about a dozen articles which are contained both on the website and on eZine articles that promote the website

The website is based around hosting for the game GTA:SA SA-MP ( Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas - San Andreas MultiPlayer ). GTA:SA is a very popular PC game, and SAMP is a modification that turns the game into multiplayer. As I write this, there are 16,000 people playing and 3,100 servers online, so demand is pretty good for this stuff.

As a result, I rank #2 for 'samp host', and I also rank well for various other keywords in google as my Awstats shows :

N.B. I use this website to temporarily host some web projects I had going on, so an almost negligible amount of the views are from that.

It would be very easy for someone to set up this website with a server and directadmin plus a billing manager to set up the whole process automatically, but I lack the funds to do so.

I would also be happy to continue hosting the website for $5/month

PS. The Traffic statistics you see in the screenshots are what I have, and the monthly views rate is calculated based on the average of what I'm getting now.
