    Yes it is but i do not have a good memory i remember paying to lonesight here on dp for about 20 articles maybe more but thats it.

    Edit:

    I just remembered i paid "ThisNameWillDo!" on that forum and his buddies 20$ to post
    and 10$ for 10 people registering.
