The script was made by my friends friend so no you do not need a license and yes you can add games but I need to figure out if you can through an admin panel.

Doesn't feel great to act like you dont know and make up false facts then getting exposed and trying to come up with an excuse, very unprofessional and I wouldnt deal with you.

 

It also sort of looks like a copy of GameScript which also requires a license. Also, the license for the script is only good for the domain it was bought for. So, your stuck with the domain listed here. It is a good deal for the asking price, but it would have been nice to get some true information. A friend of a friend sounds really bad.

As for the questions on the other website:

Most game sites like this have legal games upon them that the authors of the games allow to be put on other websites. It's a great way to get extra traffic to your website if your a flash author.

Why not? Got to make money somehow right? It's not a pay to play website. It's a free website that has ad's that pay's. ie adsense code. I guess.

Your right about that. I got a gaming website and making 45$ a day from yahoo publisher revenue. Also, I just sold a site that is a arcade site that is making around 100$ a day now.

So, yeah your right it is a good deal. So get bidding.
