    Im selling my website epicblast.com with the custom design and script.

    The price is only 100$, I will even host the site for you if you like.

    The script is unique and easy to manage. Comes with an easy admin panel.

    Assume no income since I have not tried to monetize the site other than mochi ads and get small traffic.

    It still gets 5-15 people each day from my other sites but I removed analytics a while ago.

    So, no revenue. Customer script (good?) and only 5-15 unquie visits a day? You cannot sell this at $100.
