Selling Game News website, with 33k Facebook page and making $60/month

I want to sell my game news website: goldengamenews.com, because I have other projects right now and I don't have time for it.

I manage to build for the site a Facebook fan page with over 33k fans. All fans were gained from Facebook advertising, so the fans are carefully selected, to be only from the developed countries, mainly us.

Facebook page linked from site is : https://www.facebook.com/IronMovies but you claim it's FB page https://www.facebook.com/LatestGamesNews . what is reality ?

 

Probably I forgot to change that link, when I've installed the theme... Anyway, I don't think people are pressing that button since they already come from Facebook, probably that is why I did not notice until now.

I've installed this theme about a month ago, before I had CTR theme, but I did not like it's design so I change it with this one, also this converts better than the other.

The winner can get both themes if he wants.

 

but how did u earned $62, as i can see no earning thing.

No, it is not, in fact they encourage people to get more social activity, with the latest Google updates.
This are real visitors, who want to read more about some news, I don't see why Google would have any problems with that.

you are just pumping the value of the site/domain through a facebook page which does not contain the name/title of the site/domain...

I don't know if you knew this, but when you create a facebook page you can give it any name you want, it does not have to be the name of a domain(I wanted to be a nice name, since this was not available as domain)

Second I'm selling the entire business, not just the site, or just a fan page... In the description, I've stated that I'm using the fan page to bring traffic to the website. The website is used to monetize that traffic, so I could say that the website is worthless without the fan page, and fan page would be pretty much worthless without a site...

a fanpage can be created to drive traffic to "ANY WEBSITE"...

so the one that has a worth is the fanpage... the site/domain got no alexa rank no page rank...

 

Alexa Rank takes in consideration only people which have installed Alexa toolbar, I'm pretty sure that people interested in games don't use Alexa.

I don't know why, but PageRank did not update from February(the site was not created than), maybe it will increase, on the next update.

The Fan Page can be used with other site too, if the winner chooses to do so, but I will not sell only the fan page alone.

Do you at least know what a Facebook page is, because I'm tired of posts like this, when people say the stats are unreal without giving a decent explanation...
