A large portion of your traffic comes from Russia and Europe. You are hovering around 340 uniques a day while valuable not worth $21. Hearing about a portal that "had the same quality" that sold for a million dollars is nonsensical - some of the reviews I have read are nonsensical. I doubt very much you paid $70 for them

The site layout/design is great. Couple of things:

What is your actual profit NOW..i.e., revenue from ads minus hosting costs?
Why have you inflated the post/topic count in your forums? For example, in General Games discussion, it lists 1000+ threads but there are only a little more than one page worth. Not confidence inspiring, sorry...

I am interested as the site is obviosuly well done and very, very cool but at a price way below 21k. After all, even after site development costs, a site is worth only what it's able to earn.

I think you need to learn how to understand statistics before trying to sell your site based on them. The 2066 unique visits shown in the screenshot provided are over a one-week period, and do not represent a daily figure - as someone else pointed out - your actual daily uniques are hovering around 300-400.

You are, of course, correct in pointing out the earning potential of a successful site like Gamespot, but thats akin to me creating a search engine and saying "hey, Google make billions, if you become as big as Google, you could make billions too... now give me $21k!"

There is some definate reality checking needed here; your site offers little more in terms of features than most CMS's can provide - you have no notable revenue figures - your traffic is underwhelming and the basis of your 21k pricetag is completely deluded.

When you've reassessed the situation, please do inform us of any change you may make to the price, because I would actually be interested in buying this place, but not for the sort of pipedream amount you're trying to sell it for.

 

Site's not worth much if you value it correctly.
