    Hi,

-I need to know any other game emulators like this one:

    http://davieboy.net/nescafe/

to host online games in my website. I am looking for something that supports Super Nintendo (SNES) ROMs.

-Btw, is it legal to host such roms/games at my website with a notice saying "you must have the actual cartridge to play bla bla..".

-Finally, where is the best place to find NES roms (not SNES)?

it is legal to host the games if they are in public domain, otherwise no.

I wonder how ROM download sites host thousands of commercial ROMs of Nintendo Sega etc. with a notice like:

Hosting the ROMs for download or hosting them to play online, differs?

It's still illegal for them to host the files eventhough they write that. They really need the copyright holders permission to distribute the ROMs. Some old game developers / publishers are pretty friendly if you ask them politely. I'm not really sure about the status of SNES roms, but I'm betting it's a bit more compicated than for example Commodore 64 files as the official games were licenced through Nintendo. So I'm betting to be legal you'd have to contact both the developer, the publisher and Nintendo to get the permission. And I'm pretty sure Nintendo will have nothing of this as they are pretty keen on making money on re-makes.
