It is a guide but the refund rates aren't high at all. We've been getting around 5-8% refunds which is very good for a product on CB. I knew someone who had a 25% refund rate with their game copy product!
The sales page is unique and good without a lot of flash/useless graphics & other distractions.. Good luck with this! I will join your affiliate force too..
