    As far as I know anything dealing with cheats that are just hints and guides and basic how to beat something are good, but telling peoople/promoting on how to hack the game with a bit or hex code or anything like that violates Adsense's TOS.

    AS far as i know you can place both ad networks on one page i have seen on different websites.

    Google does not allow bots. I am not sure with cheats, though.

    Anything dealing with hacks then they usually will ban the account. You may get away with it if you don't use the word hacks, but it's still risky.
