Here's a link to MSN advertiser TOC that I pulled from my adcenter account:

    https://adcenter.microsoft.com/TC.aspx

I didn't see anything prohibiting gambling sites, but it's a really general TOC, so you may want to contact the adcenter people about your site.

I did a search on "gambling" on MSN, and I see that there is one site advertisng. "Casino" and "online casino" didn't pull up any sponsored advertising, so if they aren't against it, it looks like a great opportunity for your niche.

If you confirm that you can use adcenter and you are in the US, there is a $75 adcenter credit available right now:

I am pretty confident that no gambling sites are allowed.
I know some sites are hard to get approved when theyre just selling poker chips :/
