    Why are you selling this site?
    This is a branded domain we bought with the idea for using. However we don't have the time to use it so we are selling it.

    How is it monetized?
    It has never been monetized as we have never put any content on it. Nor do we have traffic stats etc...

    This is worth the money for the domain name alone. Payment is via moneybookers in light of pinned post and is registered in go daddy. Less complication if buyer transfers it to a godaddy account too as it won't cost anything to do then.
