Before anyone says that I should just use my own script or sign up to bookies myself: I have done both of these, I find that telling people where they can get the best odds generally doesnt reflect in a great conversion rate as the user will just end up using their own bookie most of the time anyway. I know this is probably a long shot that someone will offer a program like this but I thought I should ask anyway. Cheers.
What you're looking for is a CPA, or Cost per acquisition. When signing up to an affiliate program most sites will offer the choice of CPA or RS ]revenue share] just select the former. Prices paid range from $20 - $170 and u can sometimes get better deals from sub affiliates rather than from the gaming site itself. Good luck
