Hi! I was wondering if there is any opensource publishing tools to help me along to create a community like deviantart or such. I know about gallery2 and coppermine, is it best to integrate these into eg. Joomla! and start from there by installing Community Builder? Any thoughts and tips is greatly appriciated!
