Firstly, mods I am sorry for this 2nd thread , but due to an interesting discovery, which would have been lost in the pages of the 1st thread & it was far too important to get lost, I have to post this new thread.

You can read the first thread to get an idea -
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1025683

Ok, so here it is -

On 1st September I got an invoice from Galaxy-Solutions.net saying that I had exceeded bandwidth.

From the first thread you can see we are still arguing about the amount of bandwidth which came with the server, 2500 GB or 5000 GB.

Patrick from Galaxy-Solutions has been strutting his TOS all this time, so here I make it a point to quote his TOS -

My payment date is 14th , so, I should be billed for bandwidth from 14th August to 14th September. Galaxy Solutions sent me the invoice on the 1st of September. Shut down my server on 7th September & my other services with them were shut down on 8h september (all of which were paid till 14th Sept, 15th Sept & 2nd Oct respectively)

If you have Galaxy-Solutions show my bandwidth graphs (to which I was promised access & never given) , I have not used even the 2500 GB bandwidth which they are claiming to have provided with the server, within 14th August & 14th September.

So, let me list out what all they have done to inconvenience me & my clients -

1.) They tried to charge me for bandwidth, that I had never exceeded.
2.) They shut down a paid server 8 days before next due date.
3.) They shut down other paid services 8 days & 24 days before next due date.
4.) They threatened me over tickets, about contacting my clients & reporting me to collection agencies.

15 days of mental harrassment, angry clients & more. I would love to sue them for this.

Let's see what Patrick has to say about this , & what you experts have to say.

I would just say, Stay Away from Galaxy-Solutions.net

    Ishan
