Galaxy Scripts - High Traffic/Revenue/Rights

After much decision, I have decided to sell Galaxy Scripts (PR4)

Galaxy Scripts (galaxyscripts.com) is a forum community based on PHP web scripts. It is the home of MiniFileHost (MFH), a free file hosting script that allows users to run their own file hosts. The script is widely known, and is used by thousands of users. The website itself has very high traffic, and has a stable userbase. We recently wiped the server, and started the forum over, but we are already back up to 1545 members, and still growing. This is not the first time the website was for sale. Last time the website was sold on Sitepoint for $1000. You can see the previous auction here. At the moment, I have no advertising on there, so the new owner can add their own codes. The current revenue is gained from donations, but again, the owner can change this. The site usually makes $75-$100 a month when a new version is about to be released.

The main reason I am selling this is because I don't have enough time to work on the site anymore. Below I have some screenshots of revenue and traffic.
