www.GainRank.com - made $590 in its first month (16th March - 16th April proof available). Made up of 1 SEO package at $300, 1 custom optimization package at $150, and 4 consultations. Average wage from work done on site = $30/hour.
Includes tools: page rank and SERP checkers.
    Great name.
Just went to check stats and found out awstats isnt working on the site - so no idea of traffic but at a pure guess I would say from around 300 - 500 uniques per month (no proof of traffic available).

    BIN $5000.

Is there a "GainRank team of experts" or does the new owner do all the SEO work, etc?

Well it is up to you, if you wish you can outsource the work or you can do the work yourself, currently there are two of us that work on the and the work we put in pays about $30/hour each.

So you got lucky and got some sucker to buy SEO services from a PR0 site (incredible) and now you're trying to sell a month old domain and logo for $5000?

    Help me understand here.

I'll be a little more delicate in asking.

Am I correct in understanding that the site and domain themselves have no value? The only value comes form the services that come from the team?

SO would I be correct in understanding that for the U$5000 we get the whole backend of the site too (ie the SEO team)?

    :)

Yes if you want to keep the SEO team on then sure you can but they will expect payment.

The fact that we are PR0 means nothing, we have achieved high rankings for our own sites and for sites in the JenKlepp Network.

I set the bin to $5000, but I am accepting bids, if you want to take the site without the client list then of course this can be arranged at a lower price.

Do you have the Conversion Rate of your "sales letter" (well of the few lines), as well as where your traffic came from during this first month. It's hard to imagine that someone finds your site and buys from it (you're selling a $5'000 service with a 5 lines speach and a Paypal button), but may be it comes from your specific traffic.
    Thanks in advance

I do not have specific traffic info as awstats doesnt work for some reason. However, a lot of traffic comes from forum posts and a little from adwords that i spent £5 on.

I'm interested but I need to know if you use an API or if you rely on post requests. I have nearly purchased a similar site which stopped working just before I paid.

What is the likelyhood that this will be the same in the future?

Do you mean the tools? If so then these tools are solidly coded and will work - the only problem is if you try to check over 500 results then you will get an error, but I feel if you are not in the top 200 then your SERP is pretty much irrelevant.
