Are you ads ? then it Good if people are clicking on it.

So, either use less or no ads and also improve your navigation so that people go to next pages.
    It all depends upon
    Site design and
    interesting Content

Less ads or not you would still have your bounce links once it is filled with links.

If it is the site in your sig, my first thought is that there are a whole lot of categories but not a lot of items in them. The item counts in the rollover nav show the user there aren't any items in a lot of categories so unless the user is interested in the what they see on the home page, you are telling them up front with the (0) item counts, that there is no reason to go deeper into the site. Might be a simple change to remove the item count in the subnav and see if your bounce rate improves.

You may have also have better luck on lowering your bounce rate with more focused, category themed sites for the types of listings you do have (might also be easier to capture some niche traffic), but then you have other sites to manage.

To reduce the Bounce rate, you can post update & unique content on your website. so visitors will stay for a longer time & reduce the bounce rate
