    well if it's coming from hundreds of different blogs...then how often does Google visit these blogs? I really doubt Google will pick up 5k at once ....they just dont spider the whole website...

    If he has an okay blog then Google may come every other day...and that's if Google picks up all the new links.

    If these are quality sites and a good chunk of them are relevant, I would say it would be a very poor move not to accept this offer.
