    Please give better description for each point above, I want to understand exactly what I am buying.

    The 4,000 and 40,000 figures are to actual websites (article directories, blogs, websites ect.) . The 66,000 figure is to email address and individuals who have requested to receive unique articles. Just in case you missed it in the thread because I know it's long: The average website usually gains about 2,000 backlinks per article over time.
