Paypal froze our account a few days ago for the craziest reason I have ever heard "to many transactions".

I have been on the phone with 6 different supervisors and the best answer was that a transaction may have tripped an auto alert to freeze the account.

Someone from the team that puts accounts back into action is "supposed" to call us but who knows. Guess we will be waiting this one out and probably adding 2CO as a checkout option if this isn't worked out in the next couple days.
