Hello wewor66, yes I know what you are talking about when you refer to websites using your content and not your URL.

Unfortunately this does happen because these are "scraper" websites that scrape article directories for new content and auto publish it on their websites. There is really not much you or I can do about this it's just part of the game.

To answer your other question we can include the name of your website in the article but can't use the extension. For instance you could have "Another resource visited often for webmaster information is webwork66....".

Hello,

No you won't get penalized or bannned. You actually need to be building backlinks as a new website to try and avoid the "sandbox".

Remember in most cases you won't get anywhere near 100k backlinks unless every single website publishes your article. For example a website about boats won't publish an article about radios.

The amount of links you get from article marketing is no where near enough to get you penalized in any way. It's just the right amount to boost you up in the SE's over time which is why this is the method I use for all my personal websites.
