I have been thinking for a few weeks before I made a decision to buy this domain. So today, the time has come for me to buy it and now, I really need you appraisal for this domain. Yup, I just bought it. Does this domain has a good value for me to sell? Do you think this domain can go for a higher price (maybe at SEDO)? If not, maybe I should develop the domain and sell it later? Or does anybody here has a good contact with end user? Thanks guys!
2 things: * You'd probably be much better off, if your marketing syntax would be to decide what you want to do with a domain before even planning to purchase it ( to develop and sell later or to resell the domain hoping it will pick up a better price than what you've paid it for) * we can't really tell what is 'higher' price until you tell us how much you purchased the domain for... If it were up to me, I'd probably develop it then sell later... One thing I've observed in Sedo is that 60-70% domains sold are usually around what they are, as estimated by Estibot... and the ones that are keyword bearing, sell at good prices... your domain is estimated by Estobot to be about $1,100... as per google keyword tool and google searches, the figures are not that impressive as obviously, not many will be searcing for "gadget weblogs" Also, as per Sedo research, shorter domains ( around 8 characters or less, sell better).... That said, the value of a domain can only be gauge by what people are willing to pay for it...no manual or automated appraisals can accurately tell otherwise.... The best way to tell how much your domain is worth in Sedo is to actually list it in Sedo...then we'll know
