I love the website but you're lacking heavily on exposure. Your pagerank is 0 and alexa is 16,000,000.
Looks pretty good, but for the traffic potential definately buy your own domain name. Maybe transfer it to wordpress.
I think that's an excellent design for your first paid layout. The colors use appropriate contrast and the look is fairly unique. Anyways, After all that bashing, I think that you have a great start on the site. I can see it becoming a pretty awesome site.
I like to read about gadgets so it is a good idea to make content like this. Design is clean but posts are to tight for me. Maybe it's because my screen resolution is 1920x1080 so width doesn't look perfect.
