I purchased a developer license for thesis which allows me to install the plugin on multiple domains. I also have the premium WP syndicator package which also allows multiple domain installations - (You can see the different packages on their sales site) I require multiple domain installations as I use these plugins when designing sites for clients.

The plugin value I used in the my above posting is based on a single installation/single domain package.. if you were to purchase the plugin's directly from the respective companies then thats what it would cost you.
The Ninja Affiliate plugin was purchased by my previous business partner.
