I really hate to let it go, but I must. This is a tech/gadget blog that is about 3 months old. I've made about $300.00 from selling ad space (all ad space is expired so the current advertisers do not have to stay) so about a $100.00 a month. The blog uses sigad plugin to post ads at the bottom of each blog post. I was able to sell these with ease. The site also runs Adsense, which yields a couple bucks a month as well. The site has 100 pages indexed in Google, gets about an average of 80 visits a day, and has a lot of nifty upgrades and plugins. Because I've put so much work into it and it does make me money, I can't let it go for less than $250.00. This includes domain, all files and a few months of hosting with Siteground.com. PM for URL. Right now it's at 8,000 unique visits for the day. This *should* pick up some new backlinks for the new owner. I ended up getting some bids and the current offer is $260.00. I pushed the price a bit because I put more work into it this morning and the Digg traffic was a solid bump for the site. One member says he is interested for $275.00 and will buy it as soon as he can get back to me. With this in mind, the first $276.00 takes it. If it doesn't sell, then I'll just renew my advertisers and move on.
