    Why are you selling this site?
    Because I am crazy broke.

    How is it monetized?
    At the moment, it's not. My focus was on creating content and building authority to it.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    YES. It comes with a Twitter account that has over 1000 followers. the FB page was just recently created with 16 fans.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Not much, 2 or 3 articles are week is good.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Time - as I have other blogs.
