www.ladyholdem.com brand new.. This is the direction I'm going now.. http://www.ladyholdem.com/casino-poker-and-gambling-affiliations/poker-affiliate-program-promotion/ From a gambling affiliate only standpoint.. should I continue, good idea.. bad idea..? Anything I should be adding here? Just for the record, I don't need opinions on the template We're looking for content only ideas
well like most people i'm not a fan of this niche but what you need to do when you start blogging is build a network of friends who comment on your blog and link to your blog, by going to their blogs and reading their posts and leaving comments and linking to them.
Like most people? I need friends to get them to read my blog? Thank you for replying, I think you misunderstood this part of the question 'gambling affiliate only standpoint'... sooo it's not so much whether ppl approve of gambling, like most people.. though I think that like most people I KNOW, gambling affiliating rules i'm asking ... If you were a gambling affiliate.. Am I writing stuff that is useful to you here.. or should I try another approach. I'm gunna probly go with SEO, linking, rss feeds, article submission, and other such forms of traffic as I kinda outlined in the posts on the blog that I asked people to review.. . Though, I do have some cool friends, so I hope some of em will link to me, even if they're 'unpopular'. I am super interested in any content ideas, or thoughts on the effectiveness of the current content I apologize if I was .. unclear.. I do tend to peruse forums late late at night, use bad grammar, casual English and all sorts of other bad habits.
Btw, I changed the catergory name for the post above, so that link is likely broken .. however.. the home page of the domain should getchya there: www.ladyholdem.com (original thread no longer has edit option)
I personally think you are on the right track and look forward to more posts. I have a couple sites based in gambling and the submission list you provided will come in handy. Look forward to your other posts, all your ideas you listed sound good and useful no matter what your niche is. (Unfortunately, if it doesn't have Stumble, Digg, MFA or Turnkey it is foreign to most around here.)
I was in the poker affiliating scene a little while back and a member over at PAW Anyway, i took a look at your site... The first thing i came across was 'Submit Articles to Gambling Directories Step 4' But then i looked around the site to try and find step 1-3 which i couldn't which kind of confused me a little, maybe that section is step 4 of a bigger picture... but either way i only found 3 other posts on the blog and none of them were step 1,2 or 3 etc. Id make it so that all your posts show, instead of the thing where you have to click each title to read the whole article, dont know how hard that will be but its a bit of a peeve for me that and no doubt others as well. I don't know what your main aims with the blog is, but if i were you id go down the route of teaching poker newbies the ropes in the industry... I like the theme, clean professional and nothing drawing the eyes away from the content. Wish you luck with it, im looking to get back into the poker affiliating eventually, il be sure to check back when i do to see if theres any good info on there Jord
Thnks, Wacman, Jord. I went with blog style, because i plan to write it blog style, but yo are right, at least that one 13 step article should read the other direction... The last post posted shows up right now.. I could just switch the order from ascending to descending (or vice versa.. whatever) but then later, when I'm out of that subject, and on post number 303439 people aren't going to want to read the entire blog.. maybe i should have just blogged it backwards lol I do need to put some thought into that, because i believe the piece of that is really my hook right now.
