GA Goals not tracking..

Hi,

Im having a bit of trouble trying to find out why my GA goals aren't tracking at all.

First of all what I want to track is if one of my SEO landing pages in getting people to click through and purchase.

my landing page is setup with the domain like this:

http://www.******.com/carinsurance

the page i want to track through domain looks like this:

https://secure.********.com/esales/products/esalesLoop.aspx?page=2253

The page above is built up of frames, so the link above is the URL of one of the frames on the page, each frame does have the analytics tracking code in.

Could anyone help? Would appreciate it.
