Selling G1Games.com - $235/mo Profit

This is a mobile site intended for use on the T-Mobile G1 and any other Android device. It is totally on auto-pilot and nearly all traffic is search engine and direct/return traffic. It is #1 on google for targeted keywords "g1 games" and high ranking for many other high paying keywords.

A fair amount of traffic originates from my native apps on the Android. You will not continue to receive this traffic (unless we work out some deal), but I've calculated the revenue and selling prices based on only traffic not from my native apps, meaning you should have no problem continuing to pull in these figures.

Really didn't want to have to sell this one and lose the monthly income, but I need the money. :) This is the sister site to a few other sites I've made in the mobile gaming niche, and the last one I have.

Monthly revenue (~$230-235) is averaged over the last 6 months. I've included a CSV file from AdSense for earnings over the last 6 months. I'm asking 14 months revenue because traffic and revenue has been increasing due to increasing traffic from "android" related keywords. Before all traffic was from "g1" related keywords, and Android is a bigger market.

As you can see, traffic isn't huge, but earnings add up fast with $15 eCPM (yes you read that right) and a 7% CTR. These numbers have been more or less steady for over a year. Also remember that Alexa ranks can be deceiving, since this site is almost entirely used by mobile devices, so they don't have the Alexa toolbar!

Don't let this one get away. I really don't want to have to sell, but I'm buying a house and this will help a lot.
