G+ post assist tools

    For every one of my Google Brand pages, they get G+ pages automatically. Instead of me going one-by-one to post a common post for the region that they are all in, I would like to be able to send it to all of them at once. Does Google make a tool available for this or do you know of a quality 3rd party program or app?

    I know, I could look for myself, and have. I actually don't get very good search results these days with Google. Pretty much, at least from where I search from, the first 3-pages of Google for PDF to PPT converters are all the same, and none of them professional looking with the rendered output.
