FYI When you send cash to Indian clients through PP :)

    I don't know whether it makes any sense or not but the last time i have tried to send payment to Indian seller through PP it failed. i then tried making payment by adding a V.C.C but it failed again, then i called PP customer support for more information about the same and the rep told me that PP is for international transactions only and i can't use it to pay someone in the same country. In other words you can't pay from your Indian paypal account to another Indian paypal user. ?

    I was not aware of this. And About for VCC thanks for info. Can you tell me if Indian can make payment by VCC to international transactions. Because i am thinking to open account in HDFC.

    Yes, you can do so. A vcc can also be used for Indian transactions. But I am talking about things which use CC without PayPal.

    As of March 2011, Paypal service can only be used for foreign transactions only - both buy and sell. India to india local transfers not allowed.

    This is just a transaction fee when you send with your paypal balance. But this is not allowed for India users.

    No, doesn't matter where you send or receive. There is always a fee associated.

    Digital_shubhi : I hasn't use VCC So i want to know, Can we send money using VCC to anywhere in the World where seller accept CC? Answer will help a lot for me.

    Yes, at most of places you can pay using a VCC where CC is accepted. :)

    I have sent money with paypal to many of these countries. I have sent money to Nepal, India, and Indonesia. It really worked. PP is the best thing ever!

    I know send money india to india is not possible now.I dint have a CC attach to my indian paypal so is permissable that i can send money to any other countries.
