Great insights by some of the members. I personally think it's impossible to tell as of now, but the Social networking side becoming a huge factor in determining SEO seems to be inevitable. I don't think SEO will completely be washed out in so quick of a time though, but it's highly possible that it would be obsolete in 7 to 10 years.

I think you are talking about SMO. your opinion is true up to some extent because this is most commonly used technique in these days and SMO helps us to drive traffic and increase against your website or product through social media networks like twitter, facebook, linkedin etc
