Well i hope me posting this is ok, i'm not the creator of Fusion, i'm only a very satisfied user who wants to share this with the world;). Now this distribution is actually a remix of Fedora, but unlike Fedora it comes with a huge selection of software and it comes pre-installed with flash and codec support. You can find tools for anything, from graphics (GIMP, Inkscape, MyPaint) to audio & video editing (Audacity, Avidemux, PiTiVi Video Editor, Arista Transcoder, Handrake) to multimedia playback (VLC player, Aduacious, and best of all, majority of them are free. The safety of Linux OS's doesn't need to be mentioned, it's impervious to majority of viruses that plagues the windows world, and if you want to use windows application you can do so with WINE, which enables you to install windows games, apps under linux, and a newer version of WINE is included in Fusion. There is ton of other apps which i should mention but i don't want to make this a TL;DR post, so visit the homepage of this great distro and try it out.

It's relevantly unknown distribution, and only team of 3 humans are behind it, it's fully compatible with Fedora repositories so if there is by any chance some piece of software missing you can find it in the Software Manager. That would be all, i hope at least 1 person decides to download any try this OS, the .iso image is large because the software selection is large, but don't let it scare you...You can install it as dual boot with you windows machine and still get the best of both worlds. Wow i guess i did create a TL;DR thread after all, damn.;)
