    I think its still in its early stages
    I would concentrate more with trying to get your point across quickly before your customer clicks away.
    For example, you have some bullet points towards the bottom of the page. The first bullet point has 11 lines, the second has 2 lines, and the last has only 2 words. Personally, I wouldn't read anything in the first bullet point. If each of these comma seperated values are services that you offer then I would have each one of these as a separate bullet so it becomes easier to read. If I was looking for piano & organ refinishing for example, I would have missed it.

    The top banner seems fine but the bulk text needs restructuring, and maybe splitting off into many pages. This is your main page, so you can't explain every aspect of your system from there - people will click on links etc to get more information if they get a good first impression and think they may have found what they want.
