    Currently I am in a tight position with bills and money so I am in need to sell my furniture niche site. I started this site at the end of September to beginning of October for the goal to sell furniture threw Amazon or a drop shipper but since unexpected bills have came up I need to sell this soon!

    A little about the site is that I customized a WordPress theme to suit this niche. You will not see this theme anywhere online since it is customized to the point of being unrecognizable. All the content within the site is unique and wrote for SEO purposes. At the moment I am getting between 5-15 unique visitors a day from Google. This domain ranks #3 on page 1 for almost 920,000 results.

    Along with this domain I will send you over keyword research I have done of keywords that you may want to aim for in SEO to gain more traffic. Traffic is low at 5-15 uniques daily since the site is new but once indexed the site should receive 40-50 uniques a day. All the keywords have between .97 - 1.00 for commercial intent which means they are aimed towards selling products.
