    Based on these clues I question the quality of what is being sold and whether it is even worth a FREE price. Anyone expecting anything more than a subquality item with NO coherent support is expecting a miracle. Reputation is everything in business and those with a bad reputation never last long. Treating potential customers like shit is a HUGE clue about how little he values his customers.
