funnytv.net, sell or develop?

I never actually sold a domain before, I keep buying them, but it occurred to me that I might want to sell funnytv.net, bought it with a nothing special site on it a couple of weeks back but I think I can't be bothered to make another video site.

Any opinions on whether it's worth much or not, or would I be better off developing the site on it after all?
