    As I mentioned I have started working on this site just a month ago. I dd not started any kind of advertising or marketing on the site and regarding the traffic as this site is very new it takes some time before starting to see traffic to the site.

    I'm regularly updating and pinging the site and also sharing the site on social media and social bookmarking sites.

    You can work on building backlinks to the site by active social media promotion, link building, web 2.0 sites and advertising the site etc to increase traffic to the site and then you can start placing ads. Funny images/memes is a hot topic now and if you have lots of traffic to this site, you can generate good revenue.
