Yeah its real. I am sure there are other kids too, but its the mistake of the mother leaving the kid.

It's not the moms fault - that kid looks to be around 18 months to 2 yos - they are almost impossible to keep a hold of, still, this video gave me cold chills, I bet the mom almost passed out - hope the kids ok
